Submit a 2- to 3-page response to the following: Selection:  Outline the steps you would take to determine a selection process for this particular job. Describe optimal selection methods. What cultural, ethical, and legal implications need to be considered in selection? How would you implement and evaluate your selection process? Recruitment:  What would make you recruit people internally versus externally? What sources would you use to recruit and why? How would you evaluate the effectiveness of your recruitment strategy?
