For this discussion, think of an entertaining story of a supervisor or coworker that was very difficult to work with and caused you a lot of difficulty. Choose an incident that you think would be the most entertaining to your classmates. But in addition to being entertaining, also include some diagnosis of your coworker or supervisor’s Emotional Intelligence. What aspect of Emotional Intelligence do you think this person lacked the most? How did this shortcoming lead to the difficulties you faced with this person?
