The future is unpredictable. As a manager, your primary function is to plan, which includes developing goals, plans, and strategies to accomplish desired outcomes. You may have heard of sayings such as, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail” or “A goal without a plan is just a wish.” Whether formal or informal, planning helps you set goals and strategize to make organized and better decisions.
