I need a persuasive speech that is 9-11 minutes long which is roughly going to be 5-6 pages in length if its read at 2 minutes per page. The speech topic is on homelessness in San Diego, CA (where I live) and what I can do and have done to help this problem. In the speech I need to persuade the audience in helping me with this by providing a call to action. This speech will need to follow Monroe’s Motivated sequence exactly, have at least 4 cited sources, including my involvement with this project i.e. I helped feed the homeless at a food bank. (does not have to be factual) I have a outline done from a previous speech to help with a starting point, but it is not the style it needs to be in. You will need to research info about homelessness in San Diego, but there are some links to info on my previous outline. I will attach a sample outline that needs to be copied exactly which will then help form the speech. Once you complete the research and outline for the speech, it should be smooth sailing from there.
