You are hired as a Jr cybersecurity consultant in a company and it is your first day. After being introduced to the Chief Inofrmation Officer (CIO), the CIO briefed you that they do not have any manuals, laws, regulations, and or policies pertinent to viloations related to computer crimes which may be executed by outsides, insider threats, or state-sponsored actors. So, he urged you to draft a policy and/or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which serves as a guide to create a awareness by employees, procedures to make those who commit a cyber crime accountabe for the deeds which they made, so on and so forth. Read the various cyber crimes, laws, regulations and write up a document which you will present to the class in week 10/11. The persentation has to be in MS Power Point and should take more than 30 minutes (including the presentation and Q&A). We’ll discuss this further next week and feel free to ask any questions in regards to this project.
