These suggestions for change are (1) Repair the Affordable Care Act (ACA) (2)Public Option for people 55 to 64 . (3) Medicare for All

In essence the Public Option sometimes called Medicare Buy-In(MBI) would permit these individuals to purchase Medicare coverage if the Public Option were enacted into law. Since there are a couple of programs referred to as MBI, the one you are to analyze is the Public Option proposal. This proposal is not enacted into law yet.
