You will write a final report for this class in which you are asked to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of food and beverage cost control for the hospitality industry. This will be a comprehensive report that will ask you to incorporate material and skills from throughout the course. The words should be between 3,000 and 4,000 words. It will be about the summaries that you learned.

References and indices are not counted toward the page limit. It should be well-organized with subtitles and no spelling or grammatical errors.
