I work for Hilti, which is a large global, privately held company. Our website (for the North American division) is www.us.hilti.com.
I work in recruiting on the talent acquisition team in the human
resources department, so I think it would be very relevant to the
course.

Currently, we are evaluating new systems that will be a combination
of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a Customer Relationship
Management tool (CRM). The one system will provide both services and
will be used strictly for recruiting purposes. The applicant tracking
piece is for tracking people who actually apply to the company. The CRM
portion will help us reach out to, track, and follow up with passive
candidates who are not necessarily looking for work but who we want to
try to attract to career opportunities at Hilti. We do have a system
currently, but it is only an ATS, and it is not meeting our needs as our
company is growing and we want to reach out to more passive candidates.

We have not yet selected a specific system. Our global executives
must approve the system globally so they are evaluating a few vendors
and will make the decision within a few months. Then it will be rolled
out to our North American division, as well as, other divisions
globally.
